I am a sommellerie student. Wine, the beverage of the Gods, has been enjoyed for millenia. With time, it became a science, but as enjoyable or more that it was. Today, the Gods names are Parker, Robinson, Krächer, Moueix, Vauthier, Palacios and many more. Small humans gain the status of Gods within generations, all of them descendants of Dyonisos/Bacchus. Please, keep nourishing us with your tears and blood for ever.
I will be posting at least once a week for most of my tasting. Some entries will be technical, using sight, smell and taste and some will be more elaborate, including food pairings.
